Children's Ministry Feature Upgrades - Name tags, background checks

 Many of you are not using Churchteams for your children's ministry. We want you to know that whenever you are ready to put all your member data under one umbrella, we are ready to serve you!  

 
For those of you who are using us for Children's Ministry, here are some updates.
 
Check-in Name Tag
Several people have requested the ability to add the group/class name to the bottom of the name tag used for diaper bags, backpacks, etc.  This also allows volunteers or teachers to print a name tag for themselves and it will have their group/class name on it.  If you go to option C11 on the check-in view, you will see the sub option to enable this feature.
 



Email volunteers to complete and send own background checks
Many of you know we integrate with Protect My Ministry (PMM) for volunteer screening or background checks.  They recently released a new feature that allows you to email a volunteer the ability to complete a background check request form.  They will get additional reminders if they haven't completed the form.  This feature is available in the PMM administration pages which you can access from Churchteams under Settings / Security / Background Checks and the click the blue PMM Account Administration button.  If you are a client of theirs, contact them for more information.  If not, click Settings then Account Info to learn more about this feature and request more information.
