I visited Pantego Bible Church a couple of weeks ago and loved that the process for getting involved in the church is so crystal clear.  It's right there in the bulletin and on their website.  There's no doubt as to the next step to engagement in church life.  Fortunately, this isn't as uncommon as it used to be in churches.  We have the first steps featured on our main page on the website and we go over implementation in the webinar, but, I probably need to get it in print.  So, here is the process for learning about and implementing Churchteams.
  1. Review website and demo video
  2. Join interactive webinars to see the tool in action
  3. Sign up for 30 day free trial - full access and unlimited support, select to continue at end of trial.
  4. Work through Basic Settings process to customize:  a) language, b) organization, c) member attributes, d) import data, e) website integration.  This is a step by step process with video helps at each step to implement.
  5. Add organizational chart (volunteer and professional staff) structure.
  6. Create groups, classes, events, projects, etc..
  7. Customize labels and set up check-in stations.
  8. Begin check-in / childcare security.
  9. Import contributions.
  10. Begin online giving.
  11. Begin using contributions.

Some of these steps can be done at the same time.  Some churches will choose to use us only for small groups or a few of the features.

Implementation can take 2-3 days or several months depending on the pace church leadership chooses.
