I’ve been a pastor for 25 years and used many different products for church management software (CMS or ChMS).   Four years ago our church switched to Churchteams for our ChMS needs and I’m telling you today:  I’ll never go back to anything else!!!  Churchteams ChMS is by far the best product on the market.  I say this not only because of the products I’ve used, but also because of the products my clients have used.  You see, not only am I a pastor, I’m a ministry consultant.  I’ve worked with churches from Hawaii to Pennsylvania to Florida and I’ve seen just about every ChMS product out there.  Below are three reasons I’m convinced Churchteams is the best and why you should make the change to Churchteams as soon as you can.

1) IT’S EASY TO USE – If there were only one reason to switch, this would be enough.  I can’t begin to tell you how many church staff members I’ve heard complain about their church management system.  People seem to always say the same things about their other ChMS:

·     “Our ChMS is too hard to use.”

·     “Our ChMS is too clunky.”

·     “Our ChMS is not intuitive.”

·     “Our ChMS makes me feel dumb because I can’t figure out how to work it.”

·     “Our ChMS is great in theory but terrible in application.”

Time and time and time again I’ve heard these things and encouraged clients to switch to Churchteams because it’s simple to use.  Very little, if any, training is needed to use their product. And on the rare occasion you need help, you can always get it in their weekly webinars or by calling the company.  You get a person every time you call, and sometimes you even get the president of the company who also provides customer support!  Let’s face it, a product that is user-friendly gets used…a lot.

2) IT’S COMPREHENSIVE – Churchteams is a complete church management software system.  With Churchteams you have solutions for children’s ministry check-in, online giving, financial records, small groups, attendance records, assimilation tracking, online directories, event sign ups, volunteer check-in and much more!  An although the software is already wide-reaching, it’s still growing.  Whenever a new feature is released, every Churchteams client is automatically given access the new feature at no additional cost.  Everyone in your church from the finance team to the kids’ ministry and to volunteers will love how Churchteams affects their areas of ministry.

3) IT’S AFFORDABLE – I’m sometimes astonished at what churches pay for their ChMS.  I once worked with a church who paid over $60,000 per year for their church management software. Sixty Grand…every year!!!  In 2000 Churchteams was founded by a small group pastor and a church volunteer.  They knew when they started their company that they wanted to make a product that was useful and accessible to every church, and they’ve accomplished just that.  Churchteams is very reasonably priced with no hidden fees whatsoever.  They offer only one level of access to the product, so whether your church runs 10 people per week or 10,000, your church gets access to the entire software package.  Big churches don’t get more than small churches.  Everyone has access to everything.  Not only that, but Churchteams fees are based on a sliding scale.   Everyone pays for the server, storage space and security their database requires, not for the number of features they use in the software.  Check out Churchteams pricing today by clicking here and see if Churchteams can save your church money while providing the best ChMS product available.
